Moving into a new house end of September, slight water mark on stippled ceiling needs to be repainted but instead would like to have the stipple completely redone to produce a more subtle finish. Approximately 800 sq feet area. No furniture moved in so no obstacles. House is 6 years old. Please provide online estimate, thanks!
Town House - Relocating 6 pot lights / creating a drop down ceiling, I want to use the existing 6 pot lights however I would be looking at lowering them down from the current ceiling into the false ceiling. The false ceiling is above the kitchen and would be constructed of wood panelling.
I have attached a picture of what I would like to do however the picture shows hanging lights which would be pot lights in my project.
I want to finish a basement ceiling with drop ceiling tiles, finish one wall in the laundry room (drywall furred out over existing) and add 6 pot lights, I have 3 existing fixtures now. I will require a trades ticket/permit for added electrical fixtures. I am also contemplating some work bench/table and Drawers/Cabinets.
