We're planning to buy a new Refrigerator (33in x 35in x 70in), The width from wall to wall is 35.25in. There is just some framing on both sides, and a wine rack and cabinetry on top.
The plan is to remove the frame on the sides and the wine rack (or half of it), but retain the cabinet on top (since there is wnough clearance for the 70in. height).
A four level split in south Surrey/White Rock has popcorn ceilings throughout all 4 levels. Finishing a basement in a newly built home in South Surrey. Require a good drywaller to do finishing work . A lot of the boarding was done by the original builder. Level of finish should be very good... This is a nice new home.
Area is broken into the following spaces:
Exercise Room, Hallway, Stairway, Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room
I have calculated the space to be finished:
Walls: 293 lin ft x 8' ht = 2344 sq ft
Ceiling: 1065 sq ft.
The ceiling is not finished and could be quoted on separately as well.
The boarding will commence next week so I need a rough estimate be provided based on the info given, and will invite successful bidders to the site to confirm their quote next week.
Thanks
Chris Kehler
Hi there,
I am a contractor and looking for a company to do one of my projects in South Surrey, I have remodeled a single story home adding a second level.
Estimates needed in the following areas, it will be ready within a week.
(1) Roofing asphalt approx 22 roofing squares.
(2) Siding, vinyl and decorative front.
(3) Drywall and taping, lower and upper level, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, hallways, closets, dining, kitchen, living room etc.
I have approximately 500 sq ft of area (walls and ceilings) that needs to be backfilled, taped, and mudded. This has been a DIY project for me, however, I am running out of time and need to get on to the next stage of work and I am just too slow with these aspects.
Please come by to see the project and to give me a quote for the job. Please also provide references for past work.
Darren
We have a 1250 sq foot manufactured home. The walls are vinyl wrapped drywall and the seams were covered with battens. e have removed the battens and need the seams taped. This would include the corners and ceiling to wall. There are five rooms in the home plus a small laundry room and two washrooms. The walls are 9 feet high. We would need someone sooner than later.
We are fine doing the cleanup so don't need that service.
