I have removed an electric baseboard heater and would like its exposed wiring sealed properly into the wall as well as the power supply from its thermostat disconnected (thermostat supplied that heater only). I would like a ceiling fan/light fixture removed and relocated and I would like a new light fixture installed where the ceiling fan was.
I have a bunch of misc things around the house I need help with.
In no particular order they are:
1. remove and re-grout tile (& caulk) around bathtub
2. repair and fix grout around 2 loose kitchen tiles
3. Replace seized bathroom fans in two bathrooms
4. level and install tip bracket for stove
5. level refridgerator
I have a house that was built in 1973. When I have an appliance going in the house (example microwave) and air conditioning window unit going at the same time I trip my power bar (surge protector). Thinking may need a new fuse box or update to existing! I live in Surrey.
Thanking you,
Tammy
The exhaust fan / light in the bathroom had been making an unruly noise and eventually has seized. We request an examination and quote for fixing? / replacing the unit. We are required to forward the quote on to the owners, who are at present in Australia until January, for their approval for the repairs.
I would like to get quotes on replacing all of the old halogen street lights in the mobile home park to new energy efficient LED fixtures. Any one who is knowledgeable about rebates from BC Hydro would be appreciated as well. Also would like the electrical system checked over in the Mobile Home Park as well.
We are a property development company constructing a Tiny House, 206 sq/ft 24' x 8.6'. It is on a special trailer that is made for tiny houses. It is a rather open design with a loft above where the bed is. We are looking for trusted framers who have done similar jobs before. This will be a wood based frame not steel stud.
Looking for a plumber and electrician as well, please include quotes with prices.
I need to remove the ancient tube lighting and fixtures in the kitchen and replace it with some nice modern ones.
I also want to install a bathroom fan if possible (vent may be too small). I will be cleaning/bleaching the ceiling first, and then painting.
Down the road I may want to do a bigger overhaul, but for now I'm doing the basic fixing.
Hello,
Could you please give me a preliminary approx. estimate on removal of non load bearing stud wall? Its 99 inches long and 8ft high. The width is 4 3/4 inches. Would your price include material removal?
There is an electric outlet that needs to be removed and one switch that needs to be rewired. We live in Surrey, BC and the house is 16 years old.
Thank you very much,
Pavlina
