I am interested in getting a quote to expand my master bedroom which involves taking down one wall and opening another wall up. Possibly they are both load bearing walls. Then putting in french doors.
I would also be adding bamboo or laminate flooring to go with the existing floor, as well as crown molding and base boards.
We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath 980 sqft rancher on concrete slab and we would like to take the smaller bedroom at the back and extend off the back of the house and create a larger master bedroom with walk in closet. It will be wood construction and the upper half has a stucco exterior that was newly installed approximately 8 yrs ago. We want to keep it simple. When the roof tie in is done we will want the whole roof recovered.
Also, we would like to extend our existing 20 X 20 detached garage by approximately 16ft off the back. Again wood construction and all vinyl siding. The house and garage is approximately 60yrs old and both have had extensive interior and exterior renovations including plumbing and electrical.
This home is in St. Helen's Park Surrey, BC. We prefer local contractors who have major experience with Surrey City Building and Construction and have many references for us to contact. I am very detailed oriented but fair due to my extensive knowledge in the residential building trades. We require a contractor that will provide design to turnkey service.
Need:
(1) repair of skirting around peremiter.
(2) 9 x 4 add on shed needs interior work to make into usuable storage room.
(3) Leaking around window - window appears to be okay, think it needs evestrough installed on roof addition.

We're looking to replace our roof with black asphalt or fiberglass shingles. We don't know the square footage as it's a multi-tiered roof. While doing that we're also looking to get a balcony built on top of our garage with french doors or sliding doors leading into the two adjoining bedrooms. Our other balcony needs the deck replaced. Professional dry waller require to repair the drywall for main & upper floor of a 2 storey house, 10 yr old, floor area 2570 sqft which has been vandalized recently. To supply & install new drywall, baseboard as required (prep & paint), apply tape & mud to walls; sand, prime & paint wall; final clean of hard surfaces. (And need the guarantee that the drywall you are going to install do not post any health hazards). Prefer some one with BBB accredited.
We have a basement suite with an entry door that currently goes through our garage. We would like to relocate the entry door about 25 feet from its current location so that a tenant does not have to go through the garage to enter their unit.
This will require that we convert the existing laundry room to an entrance and convert the existing entrance into a laundry room.
Further, the basement suite is partially below ground. This will require that the immediate area around the new entrance will need to be dug up to make way for an entrance.

I am turning an room into laundry room, as well as fixing a floor, returning a porch into an open pourch, extending size of covered parking area, turnining a workshop into a storeroom with access from the masterbedroom will be used as pet room as well. Covering indoor windows and placing a fence around the yard so dog can come and go as she wishes. Already did new roof and new windows are being installed in October.
We are going to buy a older time home with 764 (2 bed 1 bath) & we need to remodel that home around 1800- 2000sqft (4 bed 2-3 bath) & including a garage & nice look of front with & inside with 1 story house into two story house (if possible the newly added area) . Give us a good practical estimate thinking that just the frame is there in old home.

The total addition to the house is 622 square feet. Renovating kitchen (the addition involves expanding the existing kitchen and above the kitchen addition of two bedrooms). The job involves replacing all doors and windows, re-configuring existing bedrooms. Painting and replacing the whole roof. It also involves renovating basement (drywall, ceiling and renovating a washroom (removing old radiant heating pipe (polly-B) and replacing them with (Pex) . All architectural and structural plan is ready.
We want a false 5 x 10 wall built 6 '' deep, onto an existing 10x10 gyproc wall. We are going to install a tv and electric fire place into the false wall with a 6'' inset, the 2 side walls are approx 2x10 covered in stone or tile. I am preparing to sell and I am looking for someone to assist the coordination of renos in multiple rooms. I would prefer someone who could manage all of the items within the list, but I am accepting contractors for specific/individual items as an alternative as I don't have a project manager as of yet.
1. 2nd bedroom: carpet removal and flooring installation. Replace ceiling fan. Patch and paint.
2. Master bedroom: floor removal (click flooring) to test for mold and remedy before replacing floor with new flooring. Patch and paint.
