I have a hole in the wall of my shower...it has been there for approx 6 years...I have it taped off...and i don't really use the shower much...I need a complete bathroom reno...tiny condo bathroom (complex built in 1983)
The bathroom is approx 4' by 7' (pretty standard)
I'd like to utilize some space between the studs...for storage.
Would like lighting in the tub area.
For materials, I want to go mid range...it is only a one bedroom condo...so don't feel i need high end fixtures. I would like quartz counter top i think, and good tiles in shower surround. I do need some help with design.
Because of the hole in wall, i think i need to gut bathroom (Toilet does not work any way...so the sooner the better for change is good)
I have savings set aside, and am ready to go ahead (have been for years, just not the time to find a contractor)
i am attaching a photo...everything goes... would like a new bathroom!

My schedule is flexible, are you going to get rid of the old ones or I need to do so after the job's been done? When is the earliest date you can do the job and how much will it cost?
We are looking to renovate our bathroom. It is quite small (7’ by 6’). Looking to replace the tiles, shower and toilet. As far as the vanity goes, we are thinking of keeping it but replacing the countertop and putting in an undermount sink. We are also looking to have heated floors.
Thinking of January as a start date. We are located in the Main St area in Vancouver. Would appreciate any quotes.
Thank you

This project encompasses complete renovation of two small (5x8 feet) apartment bathrooms (master bathroom with the tab and second bathroom with shower only). The building is 18 years old. High quality of workmanship and materials is very important to us. We would like the contractor to help us with the design and material selection. Design for both bathrooms will be contemporary.
Original vanity, porcelain and flooring from 1985.Vanity and flooring needs to be replaced. Vanity has been installed above a stairwell so there is not much room for storage under the sink as it appears the cabinet has been modified to accommodate slant. Current cabinet is bulky with a ledge at the back wall and a pony wall beside, I would like to investigate options to not have either of these. Not sure if the pony wall is there for any reason, or was built to make the vanity look like it was built in.
The bathroom is small maybe 60 sq ft.
