I now have a concrete block fence at the back of my property. I have no privacy and people have come into my yard from the lane. It is 11 ft which includes a gate. I also have a side gate which is 4 ft. and a carport which is about 8 ft. - I would like a latch put on this one so it can open when my this car is removed for good.
I have a gate in my garden and want to turn it into one that can automatically close and open.
The gate is around 10 feet 8 inches long (enough for a vehicle move in and out). Since the project is quite simple and straight forward, to save time and your fuel, I have uploaded two pictures here and provided the above estimate size of the gate so that an estimate could be provided without a visit.
Suggestions are welcome. Please note that I do not need a fence.
Looking to provide a privacy fence and garden stairs between two townhouse units in the back yeard area. There is already an existing wooden retaining wall and stairs in this area, but residents of these townhouses require one additional set of steps. This is not that large of a project, but will lead to other projects in the future, due to the age and needs of the entire cooperative community. There will also be an additional gate on one side of the fence.
We have 120' frontage that is on two lane main street with a driveway. The noise of bus rumbling bothers us. I did lot of search online and learned we could build solid wood fence with mass loaded vinyl to sound proof the traffic noise. We are looking for a contractor to build the fence, gate and plant hedge in front of it. We are in Vancouver west.
I am looking for a Fence contractor who can design and install a Chain Link Fence between my 2-car garage/driveway and the allay. To ensure a sufficient amount of space in the driveway, I think I need 2 gates: 1 driveway gate (swing), 1 sliding gate, and then some fence to connect the remaining areas together.

Fence between good neighbours is plant and grape vine over crowded and falling down. Tear down and take away material but keep the grapevine to reattach to a brand new built fence. Estimate length 35 feet. Type of fence wood cedar, height to be determined. Cost shared between neighbours.
I require an 8 foot section of new picket fence, including installation of one 4x4 support post.
It is a small job and I require an experienced and qualified professional to rebuild this section of fence. I attached pictures of the old portion of fence that was broken.
I am available Monday (tomorrow) if anyone is interested in stopping by to quote on the project.
2 x ~8ft lengths of steel fence required ASAP. Whoever can build competently within very reasonable budget first wins. Will need to drill into concrete. Fencing required to block each end of a narrow walkway between building and existing brick fence. Preferably 6-7ft tall. Would prefer ornamental but (depending on cost) could be coated chain-link as well.
Total distance from the garage to the neighbour's fence is 19 feet (according to the picture attached). Fence will be put behind the cars at the edge of the grass. Wooden slats with 3 inch width is preferred. Quote on a privacy height fence preferred but can also be quoted on different heights as well.
