Soffet Installation for renovation - I currently have fairly beat up aluminum soffits installed over top of the original 1x3 t&g. I am looking for a contractor to remove the existing aluminum soffits and re-install a cost effective soffit ( most likely Vinyl ). A small section of siding needs to be replaced on one of a five unit townhouse building(strata). The area needing repair is on the third floor and is accessible from the roof patio, so no ladder or scaffolding should be needed. There are a few features to work around, such as a window and a door. The building is wood frame, approximately 35 years old. We need at least a couple of quotes for the strata to move forward on this project.
