I had a water damaged to basement walls and ceiling, existing laminate flooring on mainfloor was in bad shape, and few misc. repairs work was required to my house which I wanted to sell off.
360 Remodeling gave a quick response to my call with a written quote with a to do list. When started they just took a week to complete everything.
Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. He is honest and reliable. I would happily recommend Jason to all my friends and family with no hesitation
Dear Shoeb,
Thanks for your review. Our team had a great time and a very good experience working with you on this job. Your planning skills really helped the team to deliver the job in a planned timeline.
Thanks,
360 Team
- Quote for an 8 week project in Nov. 2013 has taken over 10 months
- Now towards the end of Sep. /14; still not completed
- No "crew", just 1 worker with occasional help
- Conflict over funds paid and work completed
- Court Action Pending
Almost a year later, work inadequately completed.
Still trying to resolve issues!
Numerous additional billings
Legal action has been postponed. Consumer Commercial Relations has been trying to intervene to prevent further Government Investigation/ Regulations re: WSIB, appropriate licensing etc. (out of my control). Company has not responded to their enquiries to date. Contractor was originally very courteous (after being paid within the agreed timelines) but after almost a year of not fulfilling the initial agreement, Contractor became insolent. Messages became "undeliverable". See pictures of "Work".
May/2015 Contractor has not responded to Ministry of Consumer Protection Correspondence. It appears this Company is no longer in business OR is operating under a new name. All pre-legal action attempts to resolve this situation has only caused more frustration and Case Escalation. Contractor has posted a misleading response to Review. "Good Money after Bad": see photos of "WORK"!
Dear Customers,
Here is the brief description about this project:
360 Remodeling Inc. was called to construct a detached Garage in Nov. 2013 as per client supplied permit drawings. A Budget and Allowance was submitted, client agreed to it and we were asked to start the construction. A preliminary schedule was submitted and client was informed that we will update schedule as the work progresses since the work got started in winter.
During the progress of work client had requested changes to garage door opening, window sizes and side door re- location. When framing was ready, a city inspector was called for inspection. At the time of inspection, the appointed city inspector saw the changes and did a request to submit few additional docs., a signed letter from engineer and drawing for the changes done. This was informed to the client and an estimate from two local engineers to draw these changes were submitted to the client. Later we were informed that the client's designer will be taking care of it. It took client till the end of May to get these documents ready for submission. Later engineer's letter was submitted to city and framing inspection was passed. Moving ahead, we continued with completing roof shingles and a payment overview was submitted to client for progress payment. No payment was made at this time and after. We went back and had completed wall insulation and drywall as part of final work assigned to us from the budget. Refer to the attached payment overview.
During work progress, client took control of most of the cash allowance items, exterior finish, doors, windows and electrical work and these scope of work were awarded to different trades directly by the client.
We feel bad about the incomplete work. We have never received or taken any payment towards the incomplete work.
Thanks,
360 Remodeling Inc.
had Jason and his crew do two bathroom renovations - very happy with work - timely manner - no complaints whatsoever - kept area clean and tidy after leaving daily - helped with purchasing of product and passed bathroom store discount on to us which was nice - also picked up stuff for us - had him do one bathroom to try him out and then the other - also did roof on backyard deck which we love!
Found this company through a flyer - we are older so were a bit skeptical but really needed some work done - we were absolutely thrilled - very professional - courteous - we are older and even did a few things for us without charging us - very clean and were happy with work - he is now our handyman and have recommended him to many of our friends who feel the same.
360 Remodeling Inc. is a great small renovation firm with an outstanding core crew of workers and very good sub-contractors for tiling, electrical and plumbing trades. This difficult job was done exceedingly well with a lot of care and I as the client was always consulted. Jason and Mr. Merchant are trusted owners who keep their word. I would not hesitate hiring them again!
Had a quick response from Chris @ 360 Renovations to my ad on Handy Canadian. After agreeing on a price, Chris scheduled the job. Jason and Mike showed up at the exact time/date I was expecting them. They did a fantastic job with the installation of the crown moulding. Lots of good communication along the way; will definitely have them back as other projects develop. Thanks, guys!
All have to say that Jason was amazing. He came on time as promised finished the job in one day where other told me that it would take 2 days. Jason was so good that I was amazed at his work which I think was better than the builder finish. I had a major leak on my ceiling which had damaged my ceiling side drywall and carpet. . He changed the entire drywall, changed ceiling drywall painted everything changed carpet padding and trim. All this he ffinished in one day. Also when he came for a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok which he didn't had, he painted an extra wall and fixed my backyard side door which was not part of his job. He is brilliant and amazing with his craftsmanship.
