5 Star Basement is a very professional group. We were impressed with the company from the initial consultation to the finished job. Each contracting team that entered our home was respectful and they always left the work area clean. Weekly communication with the Senior Project Manager was excellent and I am sure help to make the project run smoothly and completion on time. When we had questions they were address immediately. It was a comforting and enlightening experience and we are very pleased with our finished basement and the team that put it all together for us. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

We recently had our basement finished by 5 Star Basement Remodeling, and we could not be more pleased with the results. The entire process, from start to finish, was exceptional. We began by meeting with the basement designer team The cost was reasonable, the work was high quality, and the process was completely hassle-free. , who provided us with expert knowledge and consultation to help us decide how we wanted to design our basement.

I cannot recommend the 5star basement services enough! They helped scope the project, find the right contractor, manage the project throughout, and then stayed involved until the very end to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I had a basement developed professionally 10 years ago so I was excited to see what has changed since then. I interviewed several companies and what set 5starbasement.ca apart from the others right away was the speed of service. I received a call back right away (within a day) and my appointment in a week. Mike & Ivan came over and was able to take my list and at once turn it into a plan of action incorporating everything I wanted.

Seriously I had drawings right then to look at! I was impressed and then blown further away when I had a quote within the hour...! This was extremely quick but still did my painful due diligence and waited for the other quotes.

I will not speak negatively towards the other companies, but some had quotes within a day or two and some within a week or two and one never arrived. The process was interactive and comfortable, the first day on the job we were shown the layout chalked onto the floor allowing for a further visual which were then able to make a few minor adjustments.

In a separate meeting the electrical was decided. I loved that it was not just off a pre-planned drawing like my other basement was because I could put plugs according to my furniture meaning no extension cords! The result was better than expected and I am sure you will agree when you see the pictures on the website... I cannot thank you enough!

We are very pleased with the work of 5 star basement. They are very knowledgeable in the aspects of their trade skill as well as regulatory requirements. His electrician and plumbers were also easy going person with very good service attitude. They really score big in keeping the site neat and clean during and after the construction. We will consider hiring them in our next construction/remodel project for sure.

After comparing a number of basement renovation companies, my husband and I choose to finish our basement with 5-star-basement. We were originally recommended their service by a friend who had them finish his basement. He constantly told us about their great service and selection of options to choose from. They ensure to pay attention to every meticulous detail all throughout the renovation. After the job was completed, we now understand why our friend recommended their service and we are already starting to recommend their service as well.

I had a contract with Mike (the owner) for demolition work and then a complete install of drywall in a London Ontario rental property. His team completed the work to my satisfaction. Despite unforeseen delays such as city inspector delays and/or changes to previously ready approved installs, the project never stalled. The renovation was completed as promised and met my expectations.

Basement renovation. Was done in timing as promised. They did an excellent job and met all my expectations. Now my basement is finished , me and my family we enjoy it every single day. Now we spend more time in basement than upstairs.
