Peter came to unplug the toilet drain in our bathroom. He was unable to get his drain snake in through the toilet so he cleared the nearby shower hoping this would resolve the problem. It initially seemed to work and Peter said he would come back if the problem remained in the toilet. The next day the toilet was still plugged so I called and texted him to come back – he stopped responding to my calls and text communications as he was already paid and had no incentive to come back.

I liked that Peter was prompt to reply to my request. Our toilet bowl was constantly leaking water and after I tried my hand at fixing this issue, I knew I had to turn to a specialist. Peter arrived at the arranged time, took a look at the toilet, and grabbed the necessary tools to fix the leak. He was courteous during the whole experience and provided feedback for any future issues. I strongly recommend his services!
