Julian John and crew knew exactly what to do. We purchased items off Amazon, and a couple local plumbing stores said that it couldn’t work, Julian laughed And said that he needed an adapter, opened up his tool box and said, we just need 2 more of these and made it all work. This was the colour we dreamed for, and went with the wood and tile, he was ultra relaxed and just got threw it. He’s now doing the basement when his schedule clears up, because we trust him fully, and we’re extremely happy with his work craftsmanship and professionalism.

Have been patient with Julian, hired Early 2020 paid for most of the job (large backyard deck) upfront, still not finished, have tried to contact them almost daily for the last three months, no response.
Need help to finish, should I hire some one else? Should I sue ?????

Amazing Craftsmanship, Fast, and Efficient! I've renovated a lot of houses in my time, but I can honestly say that Julian and his crew are the most hardworking and effective team I’ve ever seen. Really impressed to see him break down the layout, communicate with us, and work hard to give us exactly what we had envisioned! Thank you A1 Construction!

Was pleased with the price, and the final product. We did have some problems along the way, but julians vast knowledge on seemingly every area of construction solves them from major plumbing/ moving toilets under concrete to supporting a above storage area while the previous wall was removed and opened up.

Have a small automotive repair shop, which we have outgrown. However the ceiling is tall this is where Julian came in. We now store all oils off the floor, really cleaned the shop up and gave an added advantage in our growing invintory. I know this is not a1 contracting's usual thing to do I am guessing but I chose to give the thumbs up review because he was polite and knew what to do. I had cheaper estimates but I chose Julian because of his knowledge, I have good read on people I guess. His work was flawless. Provided an accurate quote, and I felt it was more than fair for the quality of work he did.
