This was definitely the best renovation experiences I ever had with a very hands-on and committed Renovation experts.

They start with flexible and smart multiple 3d plans, and we were felt so free to ask more customizations, and we end up with a stunning and practical design, and the given quote was surprisingly unbeatable in comparing of other contractors.

Now it has been 2 weeks A&S delivered my project, in ahead of estimated time with the quality beyond our expectations. It was a blessing opportunity to work with this committed experts and not only they did a great job, they respected the deadline even with my changes in the middle of the work, with their patient and talent and flexibility.

I would definitely recommend A&S team for those who wants luxurious work with limited budget and time.

My biggest issue with Mr. Arses Bidarbakht and Max Yekta is that they have too many great ideas that I wanted to put into place. Started with the idea to build a bathroom and ended up redoing the whole house. And extremely satisfied with the finished product. The services rendered were exceptional and the workers cleaned up after themselves, which helped us make it through the reno's.

Basement (Done summer 2016)

- Basement bathroom with custom shower

- Design and layout of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (3 sinks), tv room and laundry

- Plumbing redone within foundation

- Full electrical renewal (from panel to plugs and lights)

- Finishing and detailing throughout

First floor (Done winter 2016-17)

- New hardwood floor

- New bathroom with shower

- Walk in closet in master bedroom (and rough in for bathroom to be done in the fall 2017)

- Removal of retaining walls and installation of steel beams to compensate

(Done with engineers written approval)

- Complete kitchen with cabinets and Island

- Painting throughout

Incredible job done with very little to complain about. And when the final inspection was done with Mr Arses Bidarbakht and Max Yekta, any issues we had were fixed within days to our complete satisfaction.

I will definitely recommend A&S for your future projects. We contracted A&S renovation for our Kitchen renovation and who says kitchen says the master piece of a living house. Yes I was afraid and worry of having this project specially in meeting the end of the project and having a functional kitchen in a really short term.

Our journey started in February when Max came to visit our place and having measurements. A week after, they submitted three kitchen plans for us to choose so they can start customization. Once we choose the plan we like to have, Neshat suggested to sit in person with the designer to finalize the design and to put our ideas and his knowledge all together on paper. We meet the designer twice, once at the showroom and the second one at our place. We felt really privilege by having this personal service. In the meanwhile, Max had provided us with the quote for renovation.

Once agreed on all the details and the steps of the project, demolition started on time. Max and his team had the mandate for demolishing all the walls, floor and the ceiling, installing new pipes for dishwasher, wiring and lights, installing the ceramic… in one word having a new room.

He and his team were very friendly, polite, clean and mostly trustworthy. They started our kitchen renovation on time as agreed on and they finished it on time. He had a lot of ideas to overcome hidden problems found behind walls. I was not charged for extra materials not used, he returned to the store for refund.

The finished room is breathtaking.

I would definetly use this company again for future renovations. They came to the house to talk about what we wanted , they gave sugestions, and made sure, that we were sure on the plan, before leaving. They emailed us an estimate for the reno, and provided us with a date they could start, all within a timely manner. They were very friendly and polite. The thing I liked the most, is that Max kept me informed of what was going on. For example... he bought a box of plumbing pieces and showed me, and said that what was left over he would take back to get his money back, showing me that I was not charged for extra materials not used. That felt good, I knew I wasnt going to get ripped off...He was very trustworthy. The Reno was finished in the time that he first told us it would be. The finished product is great. They broke the cement floor, put pipes, re cement floor, plumbing installed shower, vanity, toilet , 2 doors, spot lighting, electical, ceramic floor,insulation, drywalled . Thanks Max @ A&S
