There are no slick sales agents or designers laying the pressure on, our work speeks for itself, we try to increase the value of your home and maximize the return on investment. We will also provide info on the dues and donts to minimize the cost while providing a basement which feels and looks like any of the upper floors or floor. We always like to minimize the interuptions in your everyday life ie luandry / power etc. Comunication is the key to a great reno as nobody likes surprises, so our quote remains the same from start to finish provided there are no extras!!!!
