| Warranty | ACP Communications Technologies 5-Year Warranty This Warranty applies only to Structured Cabling System (SCS) products, purchased from and installed by ACP Computer Technologies (ACP), as evidenced by a numbered Registration Certificate, issued by ACP. What is Covered The Extended Product Warranty covers product defects for all passive components installed by ACP. Passive components are defined as those exhibiting no gain or contributing no energy. ACP warrants from the date of the Registration Certificate issued by ACP to the end user, the following: 1) That the passive products that comprise the Structured Cabling System to be free from manufacturing defects in material, and workmanship, under normal and proper use; 2) That the installation will meet the specifications of the TIA-568-A and exceed ISO/IEC IS 11801 standards and will conform to the performance specifications of the associated Manufacturer product data sheets in effect at the time of issuance of the Registration Certificate.
