ACT Home Services replaced our Pigeon Lake cabin's roof, siding, front windows and sliding doors. We were very satisfied with the renovation that Chad and his team completed. The whole process was hassle free and Chad delivered what he promised paying attention to detail.

Chad gave great advice during the planning process regarding materials and colors and they stayed with-in the proposed budget. After the post-completion inspection Chad and members of the team were willing to return all the way to Pigeon Lake to tend to some small detail.

We will definitely use the services of ACT again.

We worked with Chad Johnson, he was courteous and very patient when we could not decide on colors etc. He gave us some good ideas. Kept us in the loop on what was happening. The workers were very good also.Friendly and listened to any suggestions we made. We love the way the house looks now.

We approached ACT to help us with large renovation of our cabin, including roofing, flooring, deck rebuild, window replacement, plumbing entire cabin, framing, interior / exterior finishing, and more... They have done a simply fantastic job. We are exceedingly happy with the work that has been done.

As with any job this size there were unforeseen issues which pop up, but ACT was good at communicating what our options are. Any concerns we've had along the way have been easily addressed.

In regard to renovation companies, ACT seems well organized and have been easy to communicate with. Their invoices throughout have been very clear.

Not sure what else we can say other than they truly did an awesome job. Having dealt with them thus far I have no worries about any potential issue popping up in the future. I'm confident that they stand behind their work.

Short version: 10/10, would renovate again.

We needed our fence painted to abide to code. We called ACT on a Thursday and they got us in on the following Monday. Great friendly service and done in one day. They even hoped to move some things away from the fence.

We also had a leak from our bathroom toilet that made a spot in the ceiling below. We called late Friday night and they were in by early Saturday morning. They cut into the roof and filled it up and made an access to the pipes above. Looks like there was never a problem. Shannon is a very knowledgeable person and recommended everything we needed at a good price. No need to price shop.
