This was a tricky situation. The owner worked diligently to find a solution for us. Responded immediately to help provide us service, as out of town owners, we really appreciate that!
I believe I know the job you are speaking about. I believe it's the one where the customer ended the conversation with " great, I ll send you the details " after I said I could have someone there within an hour. Where my tech was denied access on site, then when following up was denied access as the " problem fixed itself ". With our experience, that still left a safety concern, so we wrote a report outlining the concerns and billed a basic service call. We are very apologetic if you are unsatisfied with the service. We are always striving to go over the top for our customers with our quality and diligence.
