From our first appointment I knew that Anthony was the man for the job. He is honest, reliable, accommodating and fair. The workmanship is excellent. Everything was completed on a timely basis. It was a very positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

This is the 2nd time we have used Anthony and team for a project.

The work was done in a timely and accurate manner. All minor modifications were discussed in advance of the work being done and agreed upon. We had agreed to complete some of the finishing touches ourselves and Anthony gave us some great suggestions on different finishes we could use.

We would definitely use AF Group again in the future.

From the first meeting, Anthony of AF Group was reassuring. He is very experienced and had answers to every question I had. His quote was delivered on time and he stuck to the quote. Some unexpected jobs popped up as the work progressed. I was always provided options and quotes for each option. Anthony stays in constant contact and is very easy to work with. The first few weeks stayed on track, then things fell behind during tiling. This was the only time I was frustrated. Since the work completed, Anthony has stood by the quality of the job. Anytime adjustments or fixes are needed, he's right there. I would highly recommend him and use him again for my future renovations

After we bought our home we needed alot of work done. We quoted 4 contractors. Anthony came in with a very reasonable quote and where other contractors said our time line was not possible, Anthony delivered. He realy did an amazing job. I can't speak highly enough of him and the work done to our house, top quality. In addition, his communication is amazing if you call or text, he will get right back to you. Honestly If you use AF Group you will not be disappointing. You are looking at one happy customer.

Very pleased with the work provided by Anthony and Alan. Anthony met with us 1st for an estimate and then came again once we had decided to move forward to give us further details and ensure we had our supplies and were ready to go. On the day of the installation the work went very quickly and they checked in with me prior to moving forward on a couple minor changes to location of things. They were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely consider using them again on future projects.

We recently had our basement finished by the AF Group Ltd. My husband and I had just bought a house in August with a basement that needed a complete renovation to create more living space including a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and TV room. The previous owner had attempted to make it into an usable space but with very little success. It really was a disaster in the basement at that time. Being new to renovation work, we were very apprehensive about getting swindled or worse ending up with an unfinished basement and our budget blown.

But, after meeting with Anthony Figliomeni from AF Group Ltd, we decided to take a chance and go with him and his crew. We made the right choice. From our first meeting, Anthony put us at ease. He was respectful, helpful, friendly and really easy to work with and discuss ideas with.

We had our plans in mind and he immediately understood what we wanted in our basement. He was upfront about the cost and suggested changes to the design that would be advantageous to us.

There were many instances where Anthony was able to help when problems popped up. He was very informative and was always willing to offer suggestions and never pressured us in one direction or the other. One large problem we encountered, after we began the work, was realizing that we need to replace the old clay drainage below the basement. He got his mechanical team to quote for different scenarios and to give us advice on everything to make an informed decision on this additional work. Once we decided the direction we wanted to go, they worked expeditiously to keep the project going and try to bring it back to schedule.

Aside from the big scope items, he always did little extras that were not anticipated and paid great attention to detail.

There are too many little things that he did to mention here, but they all added up to make for an awesome renovation in the end.

Changes to the scope of work was always met positively and deadlines and budgets were adjusted to our expectations. It really was a pleasure working with someone who was honest and who made you feel that they had your interested at heart too.

Overall, the work was completed with great attention to detail and we were very pleased with the final results of everything. Should we require renovations done in the future, we would not hesitate to hire Anthony and the AF Group Ltd team again.

We would like to thank AF Group Ltd. for the excellent work done in our home. We are so pleased with the basement, especially the flooring (basement and family room) and the fireplace design and pickets look awesome.
