I am very pleased with the kitchen renovation by the AGM team at my home. I got what I wanted as our project manager Alex was both able to understand my requirements and to turn them into a beautiful reality. A worn out, old, and inconvenient kitchen has been turned into a great kitchen space to dine and enjoy family get together. What I most appreciate from AGM is their ability to find solutions to all the problems that came up during the renovation (regulations, plumbing deterioration, etc.). Warranty Coverage: Deficiencies and defects visible from less than 5' under natural linting conditions Framing/Drywall/Painting: Cracks, nail pops, provided that your basement is within 35-55% relative humidity upon warranty inspection. Flooring/Baseboard: lifting or separation of any boards will be covered under your warranty, again provided the RH of the house is within contractual tolerance. HVAC: Bathroom fans functionality are covered. Please always ensure to keep the fan covers clean. Electrical: All light fixtures, switches, pot lights and outlets are covered. Plumbing: Workmanship, parts and labor of all plumbing materials are covered. The Client and Contractor shall schedule an inspection (the “Warranty Inspection”) within 3-4 weeks of receipt of the online warranty form at which time the Contractor shall determine, at its discretion, whether the repairs are covered under warranty. If the repairs are warrantable, all warranty repairs will be completed within 2 (two) weeks of the Warranty Inspection.
