For buildings built before 1990, we are required to test building materials such as drywall, Insulation, VCT, and other possible asbestos containing materials. Our certified technicians will take samples and have them sent to the lab for accurate and fast results. AICO uses a third party consultant for air quality testing pre abatement, during to make sure the levels of fibers are not further hazardous and post ensuring the space is safe to occupy.
