We have been trying to get Lucy to come back to fix a cracked floor tile in our master bathroom and a rubbing drawer in our kitchen for months after the renovation. She comes up with nothing but excuses or says she will come and does not show up . Her latest is that she is closing down her business because of health problems. I am writing this so others won't be taken in like myself her name is Lucy Rizkalla in case she surfaces under a knew business name.
Wow................., talk about over delivering. After i had given Lucy the go ahead i had second thoughts and thought that my kitchen wasnt going to be as grand as i had hoped, well i should have relaxed it turned out better than i could have possibly imagined. After the granite had been installed there was a small problem of one of the drawers not opening properly. This was a friday evening come the next morning a saturday not only was Lucy at my front door but the granite people as well as the kitchen installer to fix the problem, it really wasnt that serious could have waited till the next week. What a pleasant experience and ive had many houses renovated and there is always some form of drama.

I loved your ideas, you knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for!!!! the efficiency of your work and the timeline that was followed were impeccable!!!!
