I have given a deposit for "my Shingles" of $4500,00 as Linda asked via e-mail transfer.

Start dates were changed because of rain,then a definite start date was given for Monday then it rained then I called and Linda said the guys are in Edmonton at Klondike days she didn't know when they would be back or start on my house.She said she will try to find out but all the guys are mad at her. I said ok find out what you can and we will touch base Friday (3 days later) I called back Friday several times an d sent numerous e-mails and I haven't heard back from her or anyone since.

It has now been 2 weeks and still I have had no replies to my e-mails or calls. She has my $4500.00 and I am in the process of suing her.

AIR re-roofed 2 roofs for us. We were really impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. We had a small leak and some ice damming and they knew exactly what the problem was. It was done incorrectly previously.

Allan and his crew were skilled with pleasant personalities. They were very mindful of keeping the work sight safe and clean.

They required a hefty deposit, but in our area that seems to be the norm for any contractors to come out to the outer rural areas. We found once they arrived they were all steady hard workers and very much perfectionists. We found that they were booked up solid and between weather delays and more urgent jobs that ours took some time for completion, however, we are more than happy with the completed work. They removed a chimney that was no longer useful and levelled the roof line. We really appreciated the new look to the roofing. We highly recumbent them based on the finished work. They do rank the urgency of your work if they do get booked up. Be patient because their work is worth it.
