I shopped at Alladin carpets at the end of Aug. with Shelly. She was great. She came to my condo and helped me pick my carpet. There were no delays on delivery. It was installed yesterday. I am so happy. My installer Bob went above and beyond his responsibilities and I was so thankful. I would encourage your decision to work with them. I would again without a second thought. I rate Alladin Carpets a 5 out of 5 sincerely! Tracey Harberd.
Would definitely recommend Aladdin Flooring! The staff was very friendly and helpful with choosing carpet, pricing etc. We set up a date for measureing and installing and within a few weeks, had new carpet!
10 years ago aladdins put in our flooring and all but the carpet look as good as the day it was intstalled. the carpet on the stairs is needing to be replaced. We enjoyed professional service and they let me help with the reno. We were very happy with the service.
We have used Aladdin Flooring for years! My parents even used them. We went to Aladdin and met the staff. They are so kind I just can't just say enough about how down to earth they are and superb customer service!! Of course renovations never go as planned there are always "adventures". As I am sure that anyone doing renovations will agree to that! It is very stressful but they were always kind and did their very best to accommodate us. They came to our home and brought samples as well as measured and did a color consultation all for free. Most everyone that we had a chance to talk with were good but we really like the sales staff at Aladdin so we chose them at the outcome was great!! Happy customers!!!!
Following a flood incident in our building, we chose Aladdin-Carpet One as the flooring provider for the restoration of the damaged flooring. The kitchen vinyl had to be replaced in 3 of our suites, the full size of each kitchen being 8' x 8'3". They charged the insurance company for the material AND INSTALLATION of 8'3" x 12' for each kitchen and claimed that there was no usable material left whatsoever after the installation. In addition to charging for material and installation of material that they did not install, they added various labor charges for tasks already done by other service providers and myself (i.e. removal and replacement of baseboards, fixing toe kicks and moving appliances). They even charged for material (metals?) that is nowhere to be found in the kitchen. In one of the suites, we asked them to extend the vinyl to a part of the hallway that was not part of the flood as the flooring in that area was is in a bad shape. The full size of that area is 5'7" by 5'9". Same kind of billing practices with us also (i.e. charges for some vinyl including installation, which is nowhere to be found and additional labor charges not done by them). The bill for the extra 5'7" x 5'9" was approximately 4 times what we expected. They had agreed that downgrading from laminate to vinyl in the flooded part of that same hallway covered by the insurance would pay in part for the other area not covered by insurance. Aladdin-Carpet One never provided us with a quote prior to installation of the extra that we asked for. Of course, what they are claiming now would have been rejected immediately and we would have asked another flooring company to take the job. Aladdin-Carpet One is threatening to take legal actions if we do not pay what they are charging immediately. Needless to say that we will see them in court and never request or recommend their services ever again.
