Disclaimer: I almost never write bad reviews (rarely write reviews in general). I didn’t even write a bad review on a company that caused my water pipes to burst.
Improper communication, zero transparency, and a clearly egotistic company. Blamed me for losing something they misplaced. Charged me for things they did not initially disclose the price off. Told me not to pay as long as I never call them again, even though they failed to pick up the check I had already written. (see google review).

This was my first time hiring Alar-Vac for a job of mine and they first experience was great. I got my whole Alarm system done by them and i'm very glad I chose them to take care of it. The worker were friendly guys and the quality of the work was at a very high level, very satisfied.
