Alberta Exteriors is a joke. The workmanship is atrocious. They get angry when you ask them to fix or redo things, there is no pride in their work at all. Should have known something was up when he said he thought we were ordering the stone for the front of the house?! What? He then asked for payment for the work completed (even though it included capping of two doors, a large front room window and a garage door that was not yet completed). Unfortunately, my husband went ahead and paid him, which, by the way, he asked for cash! Now he won't answer his phone when we try to find out when he will be completing the work. What he has done still has not been completed to my satisfaction! Shoddy workmanship, already siding is falling off, and on and on! I'm pursing this with the BBB and perhaps a lawyer! Some of the pictures show his "skilled" craftsmanship. These are only a few from the back of the house! That doesn't include the stuff from the front or the fact that he still hasn't done the stonework of the rest of the capping out front! Stay far, far away!

However, as a company policy, we do not tolerate abuse of employees at job sites and we never collect money for work that was not already completed.
