Align West Homes

On January 25th, 2021.. Align West began our total exterior renovation.

Prior to that we were given a detailed accurate quotation in writing, stating every aspect of this project. This project was to include replacing 24 windows and doors, with the latest most efficient product. We signed the contract and passed along our deposit.

The scope of our project was to remove every piece of stucco and batten board that

was our existing English Tudor look, to finish with the Modern Farm House, white and black trim look.

The same careful professional crew who did the demolition, was also in charge of installing all the materials for the new look, so we appreciated that continuity.

We are so pleased with every aspect of the installation of the materials.

This project is so highly visible, that it is readily apparent just what attention was given

to the fit of every piece of material. We are extremely pleased even these months later, it is a delight to look at this home, or proudly show it to others, and no apologies need to be made for any careless workmanship. There just isn’t any.

On a daily basis either Sam or the company principal would come by, spend time here if

necessary, make a list, ask me if I was satisfied etc. It really was efficient.

Replacing all the windows and doors, meant that some sizes would be slightly different than the originals.. Again, very efficiently each opening was built in or expanded, the item installed, shimmed nicely, then all new casing installed.. it could not be nicer..

I’ve written a 5 star review, simply because that is what the finished project was

promised to be, and that is what was delivered, on time, on budget..

I would be most pleased to have David or Sam bring anyone by to look at this new to

us, Modern Farm House look..
