Jeff was contracted to remove my old fence and build a new one. As well, I wanted to have a few front wooden window frame replaced. His overall quote was very reasonable and the final product was fantastic. As my first contractor for house work, I could not have picked better.

I decided to renovate my entire first floor which included the living room, dining room and a major renovation to my kitchen. Jeff kept the entire experience with the renovation stress-free. Everyday that I came home, all the work was cleaned up, he kept me well informed and the work he (and his team) did was absolutely amazing. My house is so beautiful and all the extra little touches that Jeff did made it that much better.

Jeff Shea from All-In Renovations came round for a consultation and discussed my ideas, looked at the space and the structure and offered valuable advice on how realistic my ideas were.

Jeff explained the potential issues and where additional costs may be incurred once the renovations started and provided a written quote.

When All-In Renovations started the work, all of the trades were courteous, respectful and tidy. Renovations create dust, disturbance and mess, but All-In Renovations mitigated this as far as was reasonably possible and left the house organized and protected each evening when I got home.

Jeff kept me informed of progress and the issues and necessary changes as they arose, providing me a solution in line with my overall vision. All-In Renovations were expertly adaptable to my changes as I saw the work progress and when some additional work was required, because of my modifications, All-In Renovations arranged the sub-trade to fit seamlessly into the timeline.

When the work was completed, Jeff explained all of the work that had been done, the modifications to my original concept with the reasons and the necessary City permits.

I had a particular concept and All-In Renovations allowed me to realize it, but they are also more than happy to offer advice and ideas if want or need them.

Jeff has done at least five separate projects for us over the years and he completed all of the work on schedule. He did not use assistants for any of his carpentry work. Jeff is a meticulous finishing carpenter and his workmanship is of highest quality. Jeff always strives to use sub-contractors who are dependable and professional, and who share his standards and work ethics.

The attached photo shows an upgraded front entrance in our 1959 home, which Jeff did as part of a larger project. Jeff removed the old layers of flooring, prepped the old, uneven floor, and subbed out the tile work. Jeff also did the trim and door install.

I would recommend Jeff Shea for many reasons. Firstly, Jeff is a great guy!. He's personable, knowledgeable and fun to be around! He was on time and on budget.

Secondly, Jeff is a really good craftsman. In my renovations, Jeff laid slate tiles in the doorway and worked a lot in the kitchen. This included new countertops, new backsplash and new sink and faucets.

Thirdly, Jeff contracted out several other jobs. He did so with ease. He seemed to have infinite connections with many tradespeople. He contacted out an electrician, a plumber, a floor layer, and painters for both the inside and the outside of the house. Jeff also had many ideas for the actual design.

Jeff is the total package! I couldn't be more happy! He made my life easy!

We hired Jeff as our General Contractor and couldn't have asked for a better general. We were away during the first two weeks of our Reno and he was on top of everyone and everything including the millworker that was way behind. He went above and beyond. We will always hire Jeff back. We have used Jeff a number of times because he repeatedly provides excellent service at reasonable costs. He also has access to good sub-trades that he ensures perform at a high level. Jeff takes our (sometimes last minute) scope changes with a grin and a twinkle in his eye. He also has very good design suggestions based on his deep experience. He works with us when we want to pitch in and put our sweat equity into the renovations as well.
