Phenomenal. Our 3rd time requesting Alladin's for their professional work. They are knowledgeable, creative, concerned and have a solid work ethic. The skill they bring to their work is exemplary: masterful cuts in the stones, clean workspace at the end of the day, and always, an eye for sophistication even when they were asked to re-purpose our existing bricks. I appreciate that they did not push more expensive options; they respected our budget. I can only imagine the masterpieces they would create if the budget was unlimited! All four of the "team" were respectful, skilled, and fun to be around. Would I recommend Alladin's? In a blink.

| Warranty | - Hardscaping is guaranteed for 1 year against defects in workmanship/materials from time of completion. - Plant material supplied by the contractor is guaranteed for 1 year from the time of acceptance provided that proper maintenance and protection has been performed (watering, weeding, cultivation, etc.) The warranty/guarantee is limited to a one-time, free of charge, repair and/or replacement of each item completed by the contractor, within the given time period only. Acts of vandalism and animal damage are not guaranteed. Transplants are not guaranteed or covered under warranty. - Accounts must be paid in full before any replacements of materials under this guarantee are made. - The use of de-icing salt (calcium chloride) will void guarantees 16 & 17. Use of alternative de-icing products are recommended. - During the guarantee period, the owner is responsible for the prevention of any damage to the landscape. |
