We hired Allegiant Contracting to perform house upgrades including installing a new metal roof, installing new structural beams (lumber and steel), chimney repair, foundation repair, new electrical, new plumbing, insulation and drywalling.

Allegiant worked with us on how to perform the upgrades and were very adaptive when issues were encountered. Shawn was willing to meet anytime to discuss work and was very knowledgeable with every aspect of the renovation providing suggestions based on his extensive experience.

The entire Allegiant crew were very professional and courteous. The crew had very high standards with respect to safety, quality and cleanliness. The installation was very well executed and we are very pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Allegiant Contracting to others.

They were tiddy and always considerate towards our family and pet needs during their work time. They listened to what I wanted and offered some great ideas for esthetics. He is thoroughly effective in his assessment of what is needed to correct problems - in our case a mouldy wet basement with rotted joists and no foundation under the back of our house. Even when we threw in some extra requirements he was able to adjust easily and help us without going over budget or time. I highly recommend Shawn - he knows what he’s doing and he’ll get your job done well.

Shawn and his crew did a great job in constructing this ramp. It has a total rise of close to 6 feet, so it is not an insignificant structure. It is well built, and very solid.
