One word pretty much sums up this contractor - disappointing. Don't be deceived by the friendliness of this guy - took forever to get our project started, and once he did - it was a rush job that never reached full completion. I received multiple promises that he wouldn't be satisfied until I was - well, after getting spray-paint on our front windows as well as our neighbor's house, this guy avoided confrontation and didn't come back to make up for the issues or even attempt to resolve them in any way. I've been trying to contact them for close to a year, both by email and phone with no luck.
Avoid this company and move on to ANYONE else - extremely frustrated and disappointed.
