They are very inexperienced . They don't have a certain group of trades or even ticked trades people working for them. They are simply people out to make a quick buck weather the work is done correctly. Communication very poor, you call they don't answer and do not return messages. And the most important one when they bid they bid low so they get the job but once they start working the bill escalates way hire then expected.
