Complaint: This appears to be a reputable company, however they don't pay their trades. Michal J. Cerney will assure you that you will get paid and string you along for months. "I haven't been paid yet, but I'll get a Cheque out to you for some of it" Is the common line but then no Cheque ever arrives. Promises and promises but no payment.
