In many cases companies send technicians that are inconsiderate and in many cases make a mess that you have to deal with after their job is done. Our technicians, on the other hand, make sure to leave the spot in the same state you gave to them. We know just how awful of an experience that is, and we are committed to being neater.

RESPECTING YOUR TIME
Appliance Fix appreciates and respects your time. We do not give a 6 hour window for our arrival and end up showing up at your house when you are already fried and tired of waiting. We appreciate your time, so we either give you a two hour gap of our arrival or allow you to book a time at your convenience. You can always visit BOOKING on the menu to schedule an appointment. Your time is precious to us, and we hope to work with you on saving it.

| Warranty | Appliance Fix offers a 3 month warranty on anything we fix. The warranty covers the items we replace or the job we handle. Your appliances must be under warranty by ApplianceFix in order to obtain warranty service. ApplianceFix® services have a limited warranty from the date of original service. The service will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty is for 90 days. The warranty is valid for the repair from the date of initial retail service and is not transferable. Keep the original repair receipt. Proof of service is required to obtain warranty performance. ApplianceFix clients cannot alter or temper with the appliances themselves as the company would not be responsible for any damages. The warranty does not apply for the following practices; excessive and nonstandard usage, it does not cover any clogs of any kind, it does not apply in the case of negligence or misuse, if any foreign objects enter the pump, motors or any other machine part. If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at (647) 300-2984 in order to receive a repair authorization. |
