Unfortunately, I am hesitant to give full details as I am currently in litigation with this company …
In short, I had very minor and localized waterproofing issues in my home prior to hiring them as a precautionary measure. Since then, as soon as the first strong rain shower came around, my basement has flooded multiple times and they have refused to abide by the “25 year warranty” in writing. They claimed that my issues are not their fault, instead blaming the issues on everything else - from the level of my basement floor slab to the quality of my roof.
If you need waterproofing done, just move on. There are plenty of alternative companies out there. If they quote you slightly more than Aquamaster, it’s worth it. At the end of the day if you are spending over 20 thousand on a waterproofing project like I did you might as well do it well or not do it at all. Otherwise, what’s the point if you still end up with a leaky basement like I did? Or even worse, leakier than it was to begin with, as is my case.

The sink pipes in my building started to leak recently, so I called Fedor and his team. He inspected my sink pipes and then told me he would have them completely replaced with new ones. The work he did was very professionally done, and I am definitely happy I went with Aquamaster. Thank you to Fedor and his team!
