Hello,
I had the pleasure of having Alban from A&R Flooring do a kitchen back splash in porcelain tile. He came highly recommended by Sarana Tile in Hamilton. He was very prompt responding and understood that I needed an ASAP job done for a condo going on the market. I got to use his discount at Sarana which he suggested. He was courteous, on time and did a fabulous job for me. It looks great! The price was reasonable and I will definitely use him again for upcoming projects.

Alban and his team were such a pleasant surprise, outstanding work and professionals that I would have back at my next project and confidently recommend to family or friends. I received quotes from several companies..... they were not the cheapest though they were also not the most expensive. What I was looking for was 1) speed to get work completed and 2) quality workmanship and 3) people that I could work with daily (if you do great work but you are an jerk, no thanks). These guys were excellent on all areas. Gave me options and gave me the pro/con of those options and happily supported my decision. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive, were fun to work with and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves each day and at the end of the job. The bonus.... I have beautiful tile work and a crew I would have in my house anytime!

Working with Alban and Remzi was an absolute pleasure. They had an enormous amount of patients and understanding. Doing the tiling in our new home tested our marriage many times. But with their help we have, Tile workmanship that all our guests are totally impressed and taken away with. Needles to say they are my "Tile Heroes" , Thank you Guys for the fantastic job.

Called on a Thursday, quote on the Thursday, crew started job on the Friday and job completed on Monday! Outstanding completed job and the crew was very professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call a&r again.

A&R recently completed a large Walk In Shower , Tub base and Surround as well as flooring and Tile Trim Details in our home. The installers were very knowledgeable and precise in the installation of the Mosaics and Marble details.
They took great care in keeping the work area and home clean. I would not hesitate to recommend A&R Custom. We definitely will have them back to install in other areas as we finish our project.
