Terrible service, delivery took 5 months more than we were told ... and once we finally received it we got no support and the Hot Tub continuously tripped the breaker. To this day still haven't heard from service or the Manager I emailed.

Dakota responded as promised to message left and continued to help resolve issue with the Spa and setting up appointment for techniician to do the work.
Chris arrive on time. He worked efficiently despite the freezing cold. He communicated what he was doing and answered many questions. It was a pleasure to have this company work on the spa. I would recommend them and will definately call as needed for repair and support.

We had purchased a new Arctic Spas Hot Tub in the Fall of 2015. This is our 3rd Arctic Spas Tub. We in we initially had issues with being able to use the Spa Boy interface with the Spa, but after receiving and installing the Wireless Tenda Range Extender, the issue was resolved and we can regulate and monitor the Spa from our Samsung Tablet.
The Onzen unit wasn't producing sanitizer. This had been repaired previously due to s small leak at the unit. Once the technician got into the replacement, he was able to diagnose and resolve several other problems including a faulty Network Card.
He was very thorough and informative and all the repairs were successful and there have been no further issues since the repairs last fall.
We have owned another make of Spa but we are definitely Canadian Built Arctic Spas people.

I just want to say that I was so impressed with the professionalism and kind service that I received both during the purchase and later during the delivery and installation of my new Hot Tub! The whole process was carefully explained and I was guided through all the steps.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable making such a large purchase for me and my family. And I certainly have no regrets!! I LOVE my hot tub and would recommend that if you are sitting on the fence at all about purchasing one ... DO IT!! It has been the single best investment I have ever made for my overall health because it has allowed me to enjoy my time doing something good for myself ... not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually too! I feel more grounded and at ease. This state of having less stress has impacted my life for the better in many ways. Life just seems more calm and less stressful now that I have my "peaceful place"!

I've had my hot tub almost 6 months now. I have to say I am very very pleased with everything.
Everything that was discussed prior to the sale including the model that was best for my family was bang on.
I did have an issue with remotely connecting to it but they took care of it immediately. The sales, the delivery, the after market service was A1.

Our experience with Arctic Spa in Barrie has been exceptional. First off & unlike others we talked to, they don't bash their competition, but rather focus on what makes their tubs different & in many ways unique. Pricing was fair & the purchase easy & straightforward.
A lot of care was given ahead of installation. The team asked for lots of measurements & pictures. Their preparation led to a smooth installation without issue.
After sales/install support has also been great. This is a company that cares about its customers well after the cash register has rung & we wholeheartedly endorse Arctic Spa Barrie.
