Don worked on two roofs for me, at two separate houses. I have not had issues with the first job (yet), but the 2nd job started leaking the day after he installed the new roof.

He was alerted instantly, he sent his assistant down, who did nothing, we told them that it was still leaking, having a very rainy spring, water was pouring into two of the bedrooms. Several more weeks passed, finally Don came, he went up on the roof, refused to check out the damage in the attic. He fixed a few things, he stopped the leak in one of the two bedrooms. Told us to call him if the problems persisted. Which they did!!!

About 6 weeks into the new roof water was pouring into the 2nd bedroom, in the closet, and around the ceiling fan, we were unable to use the ceiling fan for fear of electrical damage. Which will now mean calling an electrician to check all electrical. We contacted him for over a week, he ignored every single email, call, facebook message, instagram, texts etc etc. We gave him every possible chance to rectify the situation.

He ignored every single attempt to contact him. He blocked us on each medium we tried.

We contacted other roofers to get a diagnosis and quote. We were told the entire roof had to be replaced (again!!!! 2 months later), because he did such a terrible job. He skimmed on materials, took materials I bought with him and didnt use them. He didnt position the shingles properly, he left all nails exposed, he didnt do any caulking, he didnt secure the sides (sheathing) properly. Two months later and shingles were missing in spots!!!
