Amir did a great job of upgrading the electrical panel in my old house in NDG-West. He came exactly when he said he would and did the work at a high quality and all work was done for the amount quoted.

I was in desperate need of a highly experienced electrician, due to the fact that I had no heat in my home (Triplex) no utility in the home had any power, The thermostat was showing no numbers and Hydro Meter was the same. Nothing was working. The only thing that I had working, was the lights. I first called Hydro and explained the situation, they told me that I need to call an electrician.
In my desperate search I decided to check this website and first at the top of electricians was A.S.A Electric. I red the reviews very carefully and those of other companies as well. I returned back to A.S.A and red the reviews all over again and decided that I will use this company.
When I called the number listed It was answered by the owner, Amir. I explained the situation to him, He told me that he will be there in the next hour and a half.
Because of what was said in the reviews I had a feeling the he would arrive at the home before the hour and a half as he had said and decided to get dressed. To my surprised I was right. Amir arrived within 45 minutes. Upon his arrival, he was able to give me an idea as to what he thinks the problem was and asked right away, as to where the entrance of the roof was. I must also state that as soon as Amir entered my home I immediately felt that I was in safe hands. He went unto the roof took photos and showed me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. Amir also told me that, part of the problem was due to one of Hydro Quebec's wire stuck between one of the branches of trees in my yard belonging to the City. Amir also showed me in the photos that the wire was also nibbled on by maybe squirrels. After doing the necessary repairs, in cutting and replacing the wires within the standard of the City code, he also call Hydro to report to them what he saw as a serious and dangerous problem not only to myself and my home, but the neighbourhood at large. Hydro came within 2 hours and fixed the problem.Thank you Amir, you are a God sent. I would refer Amir in a heart beat.
I must also add, that reviews are very important, I am sure that as home owners we can all talk about a very bad experience/s that we have had at one point or another with some sort of a Contractor. myself, I have had many. Amir is the first person that I have hired to do repairs on my home and can nod my head with complete satisfaction and no queasy feelings in my heart. The reviews helped me with my choice.
