Ashdee (Hamze) Provided the services as stated, in a timely professional manner. His work is well performed and he himself demonstrated integrity, reliability and communicated all phases of the work in terms of requirements and progress. I do not hesitate in recommending his services.

Hamze was assigned by his then employer as the Project Manager for our full home renovation back in 2018. We are extremely pleased with Hamze's work and professionalism. We were treated with a respect that we had never seen before from someone in this industry. He is very clean in the way he works and kept the crew in order at all times.
We were given a 60 days target for our project to be completed and to our surprise the target was met.
I trust that now that Hamze has opened his own business, he will continue to deliver top service as he did when working on our project.

Ashdee Construction, and especially its head Hamze Said, not only do excellent work in any required domain. Hamze is also an excellent but principled salesman. He convinced me to do some renovations that have now guaranteed that I am able to rent to the sorts of tenants who appreciate (and will pay for) a well-designed kitchen and bathroom with both required and enhanced appliances. I believe also that Hamze's assistance with waterproofing the entire house makes the rental stable for tenants and for myself. He is also very aware of energy-saving methods, such as replacements of windows etc. Basically, Hamze is able to design and carry out any home construction, in both practical and creative ways. He is also very personable, and suggests creative solutions to both problems that I am aware of, and problems that he pre-empts. I am very appreciative of his role in helping me to renovate my home, and to continue to live in it myself.

Hamze and his crew were contracted to remove our old fence and build a new full secure fence on three sides of our yard. The challenge was that all the work had to be done manually. We have numerous flower beds in our yard as do two of our neighbours. The third neighbour recently installed a pool so all the work had to be done manually. No damage to any of the flower beds or the pool!
Hamze was able to accomplish this with speed, skill and flexibility. Adjustments to the plan were handled smoothly and without question. We now have a fabulous full secure fence that greatly enhances all our yards. Could not be happier!

Our original contractor passed away halfway through our bathroom renovation, and we found Hamze to come in and finish the job. He is very experienced and did everything to our satisfaction. Work done included tiling, painting, installing a faucet and toilet. I highly recommend Ashdee Construction.

Complaint: If I could give this "company" a 0 Star rating I would.
I wish I had reviewed the company I planned to sub-contract for, which now I am going to in the future. He has consistently gave me problems when it came to paying for a job we completed as EXTRA on-top of our original agreement. Let alone adding many extra little things to the job that wasn't agreed upon. We started the project at drywall when many of the things in front of us were not even ready for it yet.
Had to change every single door header because his framing crew he works with consistently was incapable of setting a frame for doors. That's 48 frames we changed out for free because I just wanted to get the job done, instead of waiting for more screws up. Ontop of that, had to continuously put in backer, fix the bulk heads & even frame in false walls to cover their 4" piping in 3.5" framing.
All free by the way, did I mention that?
When I give him a price of a job that comes up in the project or wasn't included, he beats me down to where I lose money for my guys doing it and I take the job on because he holds the larger portion over my head. I describe to him why certain things can't be done because of his original decision on the framing makes the rest of the job look like trash, he said that's fine just make it look good & then when it came to "firing" my company, all of the sudden it's a deficiency.
We completed a small job in the project that wasn't part of our scope of work & he has not paid me for it so he fired us because we won't work unless we get paid for the job. On a fence job we done, which I quoted for labour only, he had tried to subtract the auger rental & concrete costs in my quote which we dug the holes & have not got paid for. Picking up the auger & concrete for free as well.
The list goes on & on, I don't think he will ever change. There's other reviews out there that have negative impact on his company as well.
Complaint: Hamze is a scammer! My company was hired by him to install baseboard and doors at a project he delayed by 7 months!! The homeowner periodiccly came by and expressed his dissapointment in hiring this company.
I installed baseboard for a whole house and hung 13 doors and did not get paid but hamze had 100 excuses.
This company is a scam, look elsewere !!!
