ACS assists in developing, manufacturing and installing the new equipment on MIG welding, SPOT welding and material handling robots for Tier one Automotive Suppliers. We also deal with all Robotics maintenance required to maintain all components within an automated cell. This includes troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment, including site support.

We also build and service PLC control panels, manufacture cable assemblies and harnesses. Wiring of relays, contactors junction boxes, motors and pumps just to list a few.

We have extensive experience in explosion proof environments (for example, installation of rigid conduit and explosion proof equipment).
