Joe and his team added an income suite to our primary residence. His team is friendly and well versed in the aspects of construction. The work is detailed and of top quality. We are very pleased with the end result.

Average Joe did an excellent job in a challenging situation regarding cabinet door reduction, colour matching and rehanging. As well, he installed sectional backsplace to match existing backsplash, replaced dishwasher, and provided attractive trim for a built in microwave and wall oven.

We are pleased with the quality of his work.

We had a great experience with Average Joes completing our basement. We had a vision and it came out just as we wanted. They showed up when they said they would, talked us through the day's work, cleaned up after every day, and were overall all really nice guys. They allowed us to use our own sub contractors (electrical and plumbing), which was great for us. The only money we went over on was upgrades that we decided to change throughout the process. They were easy to get in contact with and overall had a great experience.

Joe's crew was amazing. They worked very hard to get us back home and the condo is beautiful. Original time from was 3-4 months to get us back home but they got us there in 2 months. I can never thank them enough for how beautiful everything looks.

We've called back Average Joe's Contracting for several minor renovations in our home including fixing plumbing concerns from an upstairs bathroom causing damage in the kitchen, re modifying kitchen cabinets to fit new appliances, addition of doors, painting of entire home and will be looking to hire the company to renovate our entire basement. Joe and his arrived when they were suppose to, completed the job on time/on budget. His team had some good suggestions/advice in the design of the project. Excellent clean up.

Joe worked with our schedule - installing our engineered hardwood bamboo floors throughout our entire main floor - while we were on vacation. We were nervous when we got home but all that was gone when we saw the project was finished, beautiful and the house was left very clean. Joe was very courteous in all communication and we had them back to install some stair caps to match the floors.

My sister in law had recommend Average Joes Contracting after they had worked on her home. Joes crew was always on time bright and early in the morning. They were good with keeping us informed during the progress. I had no problems leaving them in my home when I wasnt here. They were also really good to keep doors closed so my 2 yr old and dog didnt venture into the basement.

Joe himself went above and beyond his duties of a contractor when he came for an off duty service call-to remove a dead mouse from my furnace!

Joe worked with our budget to complete as much work as we could afford. We look forward to having his crew back to finish the final details when money permits.

Thanks to Joe and his great crew I can now show my home, which had been totally ruined by a burst pipe flooding the house for weeks while I was away, with utter pride. The kitchen/dining rooms and two bathrooms were totally redesigned and Joe completed these new areas perfectly, as well as restoring the rest of my home.

Joe and his crew were a pleasure to be around and always very respectful to me, a senior citizen and my handicapped daughter who lives with me. He and his crew were always co-operative and cheerful and they cleaned up the job site well at the end of each day.

I have already recommended Joe to some of my friends for other local jobs and have heard high praise from them about his work there also. I will continue to endorse his work.
