We can provide a first aider on our crews if need be and also have ladder and scaffold experience. B-tech Janitorial provides a two-step clean which is put in place for convenience. We are flexible if this is not the right procedure for the job and do offer a one-step clean. Our two-step clean includes the following:
1. Pre-clean - The purpose of the pre-clean is to prepare the areas for any dapping or caulking that needs to be applied. It includes the cleaning of:
Bathtubs
Windows
Countertops
Vacuuming all big construction dust from cupboards, floors, baseboards, etc.
Cupboards, cabinets, and closets
Mirrors
Re-clean of windows and tubs if necessary
2. Final detailed clean ($0.15 per sq. ft.) - This purpose of this step is to have the areas we are assigned to clean be to 100% satisfaction for possession by owner. It is an extensive detail clean of every surface. It includes:
Removal of all dust and debris
A spot free shine and polish off all appliances
Vacuuming all carpets
Spot free clean of all flooring (hardwood, ceramic, laminate, etc.)
Light fixtures and switches
Baseboards
One step cleaning is also available.
