Polite gentleman. Responds promptly to emails. Not skilled enough to instal baby gates professionally. Made a mess of my wall and my baby could crawl under the gate that he installed. Charges way too much for amateur skills. He offered to return to fix his poor workmanship but I declined. I asked for some money back and he did not acknowledge this.
