Bansal Renovation

We hired Bansal Renovation to create a custom kitchen for us. The remodel was just high end and we are super impressed with the outcome Our kitchen looks outstanding. Bansal Renovation has lots of knowledge we were super amazed with that also. The home renovation company was just excellent and incredible to work with.They design and concept for my kitchen was incredible and excellent,If you are looking for professional home renovation companies choose Bansal renovations. They are just trustworthy and I am very happy with my kitchen Renovation.

We are very happy with Bansal renovation he was Incredible to work with,he was very Trustworthy and highly skilled in his work. We got our house fully renovated. My experience was excellent. The products that he used in the kitchen were very functional made the kitchen very useful and also in our bathroom they used a waterproofing System.We are very impressed with this company we highly recommend them to everyone.

I had given a job to renovate my house in 2018. Needless to say he did a very poor job. He was taking forever to do the renovation. Even after taking all the money he was still dragging his feet. He left my house in a mess. My furnace had died as a result of all the dust and dirt. That was after asking him to cover it up. I had to kick him out eventually. The washroom looks great from far like the ones he has on his page and I will show you close up of that too. But what’s the use if you have not done a proper job where it matters. The job that he did finish (basement washroom) now has leaks behind the tiles in both washrooms. I had to put a camera behind the wall in my basement washroom (drilled a hole) to see where the issue was. See for yourself how his plumbing was done. How did he not see that this was a problem?. He boasts of 20 years experience !! He was supposed to get everything done professionally.

i also have issues with electrical wiring that he did. There is no grounding in some outlets. I’m getting that fixed. I won’t say much because I will be going through a lawyer. Attached are the pictures and videos of his professional work and the mess he left my house in after repeatedly asking him to clean it up. Out of courtesy I asked him to come fix the leaks since those were completed by him but he declined. At this point i had to cut through the wall to see the issue and was less then impressed. This is the same guy that told me that your washrooms would last you 20 years and that time I asked him what if it doesn’t last 20 years. He said I’m here to I’ll take care of it. so much for his word. I will have to get all his so called finish work redone and all the mold removed as a result of the leaks. So I have no choice but to seek legal representation. Don’t let your hard earned money go to waste. I know he will respond to this and I won’t waste time with arguments. I’m past that point. He has given me a lot of stress and aggravation,

I contacted Bansal Reno because of a good review I saw in google about their services. They came the same day for an inspection and gave a quote. Very reasonable. They asked for a deposit (I was skeptical) but trusted them based on the good review. They showed up as promised and and started the work as agreed on. They worked late some evenings. The flooring work was very good. The backsplash work was ok. This may not be their specialty. The communication from them was good and their work ethic was good. They cleaned up after the job was done. No complaints there. They completed the job pretty much on time, just one day over the deadline. I would recommend Bansal Reno and will seek them out for future work.

I initially contacted Bansal Renovation through yellowpages. After having a few contractors come by I felt that Jagjit was someone who I could trust and was capable of handling the job. I had them remodel my house, which included new floors, new washrooms, new kitchen and providing an open concept to my house. They took extra time to make sure that existing faults were taken care of, which I am glad they did because it ensured me that the was job done properly. Prior to starting they helped with planning the project to fit my budget and helped with designing. Overall I would recommend Bansal renovation to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable, easy to work with and trustworthy contractor.

We have been using Bansal Renovation for many years to complete our renovations for our construction projects. They complete the work on time, on budget and maintain a clean worm environment. We will continue to use them for our future projects.

Started on time, as discussed prior to contract and finished within a short time frame. Great quality and service.

Jagjit came over the course of 4 days to do the following: Light fixtures, shelving, closet door fixes, Dry wall hole patching.

We were working with a timeline and he was very accommodating.

Definitely will have him do some of our upcoming big projects.

I got there information from telephone directory. From the beginning they understood very well what work needed to be done. They even made it better. Work was done on time and professionally. I have a big dog. He is so happy and plays around in his space.

No matter what the weather is he has his home with heating and cooling.
