James turned my nasty grey and rusted farm sink and bathtub into two gorgeous pieces of art!
That’s what it feels like when I walk into my bathroom. Impeccably done. Respectfully done. All areas that needed to be taped off were done professionally w low tack tape and plastic - there were no leaks - there were no extra stains - there was none of the spray material on my walls or floors when he left.
James brought an effective exhaust fan… and fumes were kept under control.
He has guaranteed his work and would come back for any necessary touch ups w out any problem.
I cannot recommend this person highly enough.

Disappointed. The contractor wanted to be paid before he had completed the work.
Their website says that " at the end" they would apply "moldfree caulking to seal the gaps between tub and tiles"
I had to argue with him for 5 minutes before he agreed to seal the tiles.
Next day when the odour from the glaze had dissipated, I found that he had not properly protected the tiles and plumbing outside the tub so I had to spend my afternoon removing residue with acetone. The finish on the tub was not nearly as smooth as shown on their website. I might have excused the "orange peel" finish if I had done the work myself and saved $600.

I thought my brand new damaged whirlpool was going to be written off. Large hole in the side, 19" crack in the rail and chips in the floor. Six large tiles fell from my ceiling during tile installation.
Truly professional, quality, detailed repair. Looks shiny and new again. It even holds water now.
Almost can't tell there was any damage at all! I cannot express how happy I am with this repair.
