Drew is good of talking but workmanship really bad.
He got 11k from me for 3 widows and never came back to do the door and another window. He lies all the time I called and texted he gave a lot excuses.
I don’t recommend him for any projects.
Tim
Please do not trust "Drew", I wish we would have found these reviews before we hired him.
He was recommended to replace our windows (special cuts) by Bavarian. When Drew came over he saw we needed our entire basement redone (flood) and he said he could save us alot of money. We decided to give him the job. At first his workmanship seemed ok, there weren't too many red flags when studding the basement. The window install went fine as well. When we got into drywalling, he subcontracted the taping and mudding. Looking back this, huge mistake. A ton of nail pops, nothing is square either. The biggest single investment in our home is our heated porcelain floor. Our upstairs floor cost $40,000 to purchase and install. To try and save money we had Drew lay the dietra, lay the schleuter cable and tile. Biggest mistake of our lives. He used the wrong type of grout, the spacing between tiles was irregular, even though he used clips and wedges, the tiles were uneven (some higher, some lower) and he left a ton of thinset on the tiles. I didn't realize how bad of a job he did until I had to fire him after taking a break from the work at our house for a couple of weeks. He covered the floor with a paper product. We peeled it back and saw the disaster. We fired him and brought in a new contractor. It cost us nearly $5,000 to clean the time, take out the grout, reapply the grout, fix cracked tiles, fix the walls, it was a complete nightmare. Drew's truck had his "before and after" stickers removed, but you could still read it faintly. I only checked the reviews after I started noticing issues. He also made a chicken coup for us and a chicken run. Cost us over $3500 and the workmanship was terrible. I should have known something was up after he left 100's of screws scattered in our grass, the windows are all warped and wouldn't close, the gates are all messed up, the pidgeon perch fell off because only 1 nail was holding it in, the roof leaked. My 12yr old son has done a better job fixing that coup up than the work Drew did. He should not be trusted. I am now forced to take him to court after he continues to try and delay our resolution. This guy is a pure joke.
I have written a review right after Andrew Marsh "finished" his work at our home. It has since been 3 weeks since he left and our basement has been leaking due to heavy rain. He was asked to come in and check the window and said it was not from his work. However, as it was raining we noticed water coming from the window! After further investigation it is appearant that the window is leaking due to his faulty work. Stay far away from this contractor!!!! The mess he has put our family in is ridiculous!!! He thinks he can sweet talk his way around everything, but it's not working this time. Off to court we go! Don't trust anyone that refers this guy! Crappy work! Crappy job! If I could give him a zero I would.
Before and after is the worst. They have no idea what they are doing. We hired them to renovate our house, and increase the value of the house. These people decreased the value of our house. They stole our money. Andrew is the worst contracter out there.
RUN... I had hired them to do my basement. Nothing was done properly now I am paying more because I had another company come in and have to fix everything that was done wrong....electrical/plumbing not up to code. If it was done by a pro they did not make the cut on the city walk through...should I go on. They have yet to get their tools from 3 months ago and have yet to return the money we agreed to to help compensate me for the work I have had done. My whole house was full of dust when they cut a window in the basement. It has taken over 3 months to get rid of it all. He basically said it was not his fault and left me to clean for months. To court we go.

Complaint: Drew is a great people person, very helpful and kind but beware DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT he dose not pay his bills so far $4000 of time , material and inspection fees on a job well done. still outstanding for months .
Complaint: I was hired as a painter, which I do for a living, to paint a Condo. I have worked for Before and After before and had to chase him down for my money. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt this time around. He did not pay the 1/3 up front but did give a small deposit and supposed to do another 1/3 half way through and again only gave partial. Now that the job is done a week ago he refuses to pay the $800.00 balance. Always gives excuses, does not answer his phone and through e-mails tell me to calm down.
Off to small claims court we go I guess.
