Hired them to repaint a ceiling that had gotten discoloured. Expected it to be a messy job thinking a lot of stucco would fall off. However they covered everything and once done and I came home it was just as Clean as I left it somehow. Did a great job and clean up like no contractors I’ve ever used before. 100% will be a repeat customer.

Used Bernie's for taping & texture on a reno. They were able to get on the job right away. Communication was extremely good and the work was top notch. Will be using Brandon & company from now on. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a home in St. Albert that required repairs and updating. One of the jobs was to repair a leak from an upstairs shower that caused water staining on the finished and stuccoed ceiling in the basement. In order to provide us with access to pipes and electrical in future, we decided to have the entire ceiling of that room removed and a hanging tiled ceiling installed. We had a few contractors come to provide estimates and we hired Brandon Finch of Bernie’s Texturing because we were impressed with his courtesy, knowledge about ceilings and his friendly, positive demeanor. Brandon’s workers were on time and completed the job on schedule. Unfortunately, due to the workers installing a new type of tile for the first time (fire and mildew resistant with a metallic and a sound reducing wool batting layer), they had some difficulty cutting them and the cut edges were not white, so tiles that were cut even 1-2 millimeters too thin were glaringly apparent. In addition, some of the tiles’ corners had been damaged. When we brought this to Brandon’s attention, he attended to the issues promptly, with no argument, and replaced the full-size damaged tiles himself, and cut new perimeter ones that fit perfectly. Brandon demonstrated to us a very strong work ethic and an above average commitment to customer service. So much so, that after hiring him for the basement job, we also hired him to paint all the ceilings on the main floor of the home. He did this to fit our schedule and did a good job at this as well, with no paint overspray or mess. We highly recommend Brandon at Bernie’s Texturing to our friends and family!

Brandon gave us a reasonable quote for installing a drop ceiling in our small laundry room. He came in and did the installation in about half a day. He did a great job! Friendly, and informative. The ceiling looks great!

Bernie's was great. They provided a timely written estimate and offered advice to help us come to an informed decision for the work required. I had been told by other companies that the repair would be about 75% effective. Bernie's completed the work with 100% satisfaction level for less money than other. For instance, he communicated very well by spending time reviewing our many ceiling options (such as popcorn), he provided updates on a daily basis either on the phone, text or via photos. Also, he was accurate in his timelines, and the final invoice.
