Best at Home built a new deck for us. Ralph's visit to our home, subsequent quote and construction were done in a timely manner. Ralph and his team did an exceptional job, meeting our design needs including creating a custom cedar grate for our window well. They were punctual, reliable, professional and were attentive to details.

Ralph came to us to work on the two biggest problems we had with our house. These were the slow collapse of a section of flat roof over a screened-in porch, and the closing-in of a section of the house foundation that had never been fully completed. In addition, Ralph helped us with restoration of a small part of a historical building, the porch from an old schoolhouse. It was great having Ralph on the job. He figured out the best ways to get the work done and helped us keep prices down. He welcomed having me, the homeowner, contribute labour, and in our case that was both fun and useful. Now our house is warmer and more comfortable thanks to the repairs done by Ralph.

Best at Home did a renovation in our new condo. Builder quality was not what we wanted, so Best at Home came and replaced the carpet with hardwood, installed premium decorative trim work, and installed 2 exterior doors. The work was completed in a timely manner, cleaned and painted, ready for our move in. Since then we have had Best at Home finish the basement, and installed a larger deck. Our neighbors cannot believe how nice our unit is compared to theirs. We would recommend this company at any time again.

Ralph and his team and Best at home provide renovation at our lake house. Ralph was able to coordinate with the designer teams on architectural changes to the lake house in keeping with our objectives. The team "saw the vision" and was able to reduce time delays and costs by understanding the design elements and adding valuable feedback to the design team.

After which the Best at home team executed on the renovation is a timely and professional manner. Work was completed on time and on budget. Quality of work was excellent and fit and finish superior. As a side note it is also pleasant to have the job site neat and cleaned after each day. Another sign of professional conduct. In short we have been very pleased with the work and financial aspects of the contract.
