I had known Braden Forsberg for 12 years as he was my neighbor for some of that time and I considered him a friend. I hired him to renovate my condo In December 2017. He is operating under the name Forest Creek Developments now. He didn’t start demo till January. He locked out his sub-contractor at the end of January and did not pay him. Nothing was done for 2 weeks after that. With promises from him that everything would be done by March 1 very little got done by then. He put up a false wall that was 2 inches short of the ceiling and held by 2*6” deck screws. I had fronted him over $20,000 for these renovations so I locked him out of the job site. If you have been ripped off by Braden please contact me at 403-390-4941 as I plan to take him to court. The more cases we have against him, hopefully will add more jail time for him.

Braden was a friend of mine and I hired him to frame an 8 unit multifamily building for me. He started in September and was only at trusses in February when he took off on the job and left me hi and dry. I fronted him money because he was a friend and claimed to be in dire need of money for his family. I successfully sued him and won $20000 judgment. It has been a year and he has not paid a nickel back. He is an absolute lier and a thief and his workmanship is horrendous. I would not trust him to frame a doghouse.
