Bradley was a life saver for us. In May 2022 our house was hit by a microburst that passed through southern Ontario. We had significant damage to our house and didn’t know where to start. Bradley came to our house, assessed the damage, let us know what options we had available, worked with our insurance company and found people to complete the repairs. Throughout the process Bradley kept in constant communication with us and kept us posted on the status.
I would highly recommend Bradley for emergency remediation.

After having a large sewage backup in the basement of our home we contacted Bradley at Black Castle. His replies were prompt and professional, he outlined the entire process for us and was considerably more thorough in the steps that he took to remediate the sewage issue. This was important to us as we have a small child and wanted to make sure that the job was done properly so there was no concerns of on going contamination.
On the day of cleaning Bradley and his crew arrive punctually and gave us a scope of work and time line so we could plan the rest of our day. They were incredibly thorough and detail orientated. The clean up was done well and we were very satisfied with the result.
If you are after a professional who you dont have to micro manage Bradely and his team will be a good fit as they take their work very seriously.

Bradley and his team have successfully completed several jobs in my house, and one job (replacement of a shower) is now in progress. I like their professionalism including clear quotes, friendly service, and high quality work. They have been able to handle a wide variety of tasks, including decluttering the basement & installing new flooring, repairing water damage & replacing drywall, installation of a kitchen backsplash, painting, demolition of an old shower, new bathroom vanity, etc. This company always "cleans up" as part of the completion of each job. Highly recommended.

We highly appreciated the excellent service and results we got in our basement flooding situation! The team easily assessed the situation (it was unique, my husband and I couldn't figure it out). They were clean, professional, communicated throughout the entire process. Like we were told, they "made it like it never even happened".
We had them back another time to figure out a mystery mold smell, which they again pretty easily figured out and remediated, with no sign of being here when they were done (except the smell and scary though of mold was gone)!
Highly recommend them, very trustworthy, excellent workmanship, results, cleanliness and service.

Typical duct cleaning systems force compressed air into each of the registers to force dust, hair, and debris to fall out of a hole cut into the basement. We use a spinning agitator brush to dislodge the contaminants as our system physically sucks them out into our collection system.
Typical carpet cleaning systems use an emulsifier and hot water to remove soils. We have a multi-stage process that includes physical agitation to loosen up the soils first, allowing for a deeper cleaning of the carpet.
We often get called in to perform a deep clean on a house. Typically a crew of 4-8 people to clean every surface. We also have specialized chemicals and procedures for dealing with nicotine removal.
Epoxy treatment is a cost effective way to upgrade existing countertops without the cost of upgrading to expensive materials. We also provide custom made epoxy countertop replacements.
We have often run into situations when most of the cabinetry is fine, but one or two are damaged. The solution? Custom millwork to match what is already in place.
