Our cleaning company inadvertently locked the oven door on our stove. After reviewing the manual for the stove I called Sears who were completely useless. I called Bolen to arrange a service call, which Sears said I needed. They walked me through unlocking the oven which turned out to be very simple (although not covered in the manual). They were friendly and courteous and I could not be more pleased with the service.
